Welcome to Calvary Lutheran School's 2021-2022 School Year!
We are excited to begin another wonderful adventure in learning! This year our journey begins on August 5th & 7th at Destination: Orientation. At this event we welcome parents and students, both new and returning to Calvary to meet teachers, see classrooms, learn about the upcoming school year! By the end of your visit, you will have all the tools you need to be confidently prepared for your child’s first day of school!

Thursday, August 5
- Session A: 4:00 – 6:00 PM
Saturday, August 7
- Session B: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Session C: 12:30 – 2:30 PM
Schedule
- School Orientation Session: 40 minutes
- Classroom Orientation Session I: 25 minutes
- Classroom Orientation Session II/Passport Destination Booths: 25 minutes
- Passport Destination Booths: 30 minutes
The Passport Tour
Upon arrival, each family will receive an orientation passport which will guide them on their orientation tour. Destination booths include:
Calvary Classrooms
Visit your student’s teacher and classroom.
Admissions
Finalize forms and pick up your carpool number.
Financial Agreement
Meet with our team to ensure your financial agreement is finalized
Communications
Learn about all the ways we’ll share school information with you this coming school year.
Extra-curricular Activities
Review extra-curricular activities that may be available during the school year.

Completed passports will be dropped into a return box and will be entered into a drawing for an Andy’s Frozen Custard gift card!
Uniform Swap
Have uniforms that your children have outgrown? Bring them to Calvary’s annual uniform swap! We’ll have a table where families are welcome to leave uniforms that they no longer need and trade them for updated sizes from other school families as available.
