Enrollment season is here! It's time to fill our rosters for the 2021-2022 school year. Use this handy guide to walk you through the re-enrollment process!
STEP 1: Log-In to the FACTS Family Portal
Visit the Family Portal or click the "Enrollment" button in the Calvary App.
Log in using district code CAL-TX and your username and password assigned at orientation. Contact the school office for login assistance.
Step 2: Complete the Enrollment Application
Select "Apply/Enroll" from side menu and complete the application. Update family information, emergency contacts, medical information and pay the enrollment registration fee of $100.00 (per family).
*The online form is user-friendly and can be saved and closed for later use at any time.
Step 3 (Optional): Apply for Financial Aid
Select "Financial" from side menu & select "Apply for Grant & Aid.”
Items needed for Financial aid application: 2019 or 2020 tax forms, social security numbers, household bill estimates.

Join us for an enrollment & financial aid workshop!
We're hosting two workshops for parents who would like one-on-one assistance with their re-enrollment forms. We'll walk you through the process step-by-step, so you feel confident.
Sunday, January 24th between 2pm and 4pm
Friday, January 29th between 3:30 and 5:30 PM
Pick a workshop date and time that work for you and register below. Bring 2019 or 2020 tax forms, social security numbers, and household bill estimates to the workshop if you plan to apply for financial aid.
