“For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

Romans 8:38-39

In these uncertain and changing times, this passage from the book of Romans gives us powerful encouragement and hope. It reminds us that nothing can separate us from the love of Christ. By God’s grace, through faith, we have certainty that our future is secure in Jesus’ loving arms. As we deal with the impact that COVID-19 is having around our world today, we have this incredible peace.

In the coming days and weeks, we will be taking extra precautions to protect everyone who participates in the ministry of Calvary Lutheran Church and School. We will be monitoring all decisions made by our local school districts as well as updates from the CDC and local health authorities. We will continue to be vigilant in updating you as decisions are made.
