Forward in Faith is a diverse network of Christ-Followers who are united in the essential cause to make Christian education excellent and accessible for the next generation of disciples.

Our Purpose

Calvary Lutheran School is committed to providing children a high-quality education rooted in the truth of God’s Word. The Christ-centered foundation that students form at Calvary prepares them to bring the light of Jesus into the world now and in all their future years.

THE CHALLENGE

The rising cost of education presents challenges for Christian schools and families alike. Christian schools struggle to sustain ministry while remaining affordable and excellent. Families struggle to afford the rising cost of tuition. This is where Forward in Faith comes in.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Forward in Faith is an essential base of Difference-Makers who use the blessings that the Lord has given them to give the gift of high-quality Christian education to the next generation. This committed base works arm-in-arm to support ministry, invest in excellence and growth, and pave the way for all children seeking to be a part of the Calvary Lutheran School family.

Financial Assistance

Calvary school families make substantial financial sacrifices every year to prioritize Christian education for their children. Sometimes those sacrifices are still not enough. Forward in Faith supporters can “Adopt-a-Family” through their gifts and lighten the financial burden of their brothers and sisters in Christ.

Calvary has a firm commitment to excellence and bold plans to grow in order to give more children a firm foundation in the Word. This growth takes funds that are outside the day-to-day operating budget. Forward in Faith supporters can fuel this growth with their gifts.

A Closer Look at 2024-2025 Campaign Goals

Each school year Forward in Faith works with Calvary’s school board to set giving goals that will impact ministry in robust and innovative ways.

Financial Assistance Goal: $45,000

Each year Forward in Faith supporters work together to keep quality Christian education accessible to all who seek it. Every gift given to help families in need of tuition support, no matter the size, is a gift that connects children to their Savior.

Excellence and Growth:      $15,000

Calvary strives towards excellence and growth. This year Forward in Faith seeks to raise funds to update doors and windows for added security and energy efficiency on our campus.
