STEP 1: Visit Our Campus
Visit our school in-person! Tour our classrooms, walk our hallways, meet our school leadership and office team. We'll share our educational philosophy and beliefs with you and answer all your questions.
STEP 2: SUBMIT YOUR ONLINE APPLICATION
After your tour, you may formally request an application to Calvary. Our admissions counselor will send you a link to our online application. This process includes:
- General school application
- Submission of the $30 application fee
- Submission of student’s birth certificate
- Submission of student’s immunization records
- Submission of current/previous teacher evaluation (if applicable)
STEP 3: PRINCIPAL / EARLY CHILDHOOD DIRECTOR VISIT
After your application has been submitted, we invite you to meet with Calvary's principal, Mr. Jim Henrickson or Early Childhood Director, Amy David. During this meeting, we will share more about Calvary's Whole Heart, Whole Child, and Whole Family approach to learning. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to discuss your child's unique learning needs and educational goals.
STEP 4: TEACHER VISIT & STUDENT ASSESSMENT
Your student will meet with his or her teachers at Calvary to ensure that classroom placement will be a good fit and we can all work together to accomplish your educational goals.
Step 5: Complete an Enrollment Packet
When the steps above are complete, you will receive a formal enrollment packet from Calvary. Complete the packet information, submit a $100 enrollment fee, and sign a financial agreement to finalize enrollment.
ONE FINAL NOTE
At Calvary, we desire to assist in the Christian training of all children. Occasionally, however, we are unable to meet all cases of special academic, emotional, or behavioral need. For this reason, all families meet with our principal or early childhood director during the admissions process so we can understand each family's unique needs and all students are assessed by the appropriate classroom teacher(s) prior to enrollment decisions.
We've designed our enrollment process to be transparent to both the families of our prospective students as well as the school, so that we might work together to create the best education solution for you and your children.
