GROW Preschool runs from September through May. Tuition is calculated on an annual basis and divided into 9 equal installments (paid August through April). Monthly tuition is not prorated for holidays, school closings, or absences as these have already been calculated into our monthly rates. Tuition is to be paid by the first of the month through directed withdrawals or monthly invoicing facilitated through FACTS Management. A $55 fee is charged by FACTS to set up monthly payment plans. The fee is reduced to $25 if families opt for an annual or semi-annual payment plan. No financial aid is available for preschool.
EXTENDED DAY OPTIONS
GROW Preschool offers before-school care for families seeking an earlier drop-off time on school days. Participants in this program may drop their child off between 8:00 and 8:45 AM for early morning play in our early childhood playroom and outdoor play area. To participate, families complete the required paperwork and pay a monthly before-school care fee.
After school care is also available for families seeking a later pick-up time on school days. After school care begins after GROW Preschool Family Circle Time and extends to 5:30 PM. To participate, families complete the required paperwork and are charged an hourly rate.

Payment Plan Options
Tuition and Registration Fees for kindergarten through eighth grade may be paid annually, semi-annually, or through a monthly payment plan with the last payment being due in April. Calvary uses FACTS Management to administer payment plans. FACTS Management charges a yearly enrollment fee per payment plan. For annual or semi-annual payment plans the enrollment fee is $25. For a monthly payment plan the enrollment fee is $55.
