Calvary uses FACTS Management to administer payment plans. FACTS Management charges a yearly enrollment fee per payment plan. For annual or semi-annual plans, the FACTS enrollment fee is $25. For monthly plans, the FACTS enrollment fee is $55.
Grade K-8 monthly tuition plans will have the first payment due in July and the final payment due in April. Semi-annual payment plans will have payments due by July 31 and December 31. Annual payment plans will have the full payment due by July 31. Families who receive Texas Education Freedom Account (TEFA) funding will have their tuition payment schedule modified to correspond to the payment dates established by TEFA. Families receiving TEFA funds will be responsible for transferring funds to Calvary Lutheran School. Calvary will assess a late fee if payments are not made on time, and late fees will not be covered by TEFA.

AGE REQUIREMENTS
Kindergarten enrollment is open to children who will be five years old by September 1 of the school year in which enrollment is being sought.
